As a retailer of digital products, we reserve a right to sell under the guidance of these terms of service. By using our services you automatically agree to these terms and policies. Breaking any rules or terms might result in a ban/blacklist from the support server and refusal to further provide our services.
Products And Services
All sales are final, you are not entitled to a refund for any non-technical reason.
This store is under a strict no-refund policy. If the product is faulty a replacement may be possible.

Leaving any negative feedback without first contacting our support team and allowing us a chance to respond and resolve the issue will be considered as closing a support case without a satisfactory outcome. Token Replacement Policy
We guarantee, that the delivered tokens are valid upon purchase and grant replacements if the buyer contacts us immediately after the purchase.
You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to report any NON-WORKING tokens and receive a replacement.
You're eligible for a replacement if you provide us the following information:
Contact us with your Order ID within the warranty period.
Use our Discord-Token-Checker to check them make sure they're indeed invalid and show us the screenshot. Outputs or logs of any third-party software are not a basis for replacements. In fact, if third-party software has been used to initially check the validity you could endanger your right to a replacement, so use our free software, at least upon initial receipt first.
Due to the fact that we cannot guarantee or verify the safety of any other tool, replacements are only possible if the tokens are banned at the time of purchase. Using the tokens in any way will void your warranty, If you need a replacement you should refrain from using them until the replacement is provided. We do not offer replacements for tokens that are misused, and we are not responsible for any actions taken with the tokens.
Contacting any kind of support on the websites we advertise on or leaving any kind of negative feedback is considered a support case that has been solved and closed without a satisfactory result and no additional support may be provided, furthermore, a blacklist from our store may be issued.
You (the user) hold full responsibility for your actions.
We do not take any responsibility for any damage caused by our products.
We reserve the right to modify these terms of use at any time without warning or notice.
You will accept not to use our service for any illegal, malicious purpose.

Software Terms

Should you be found involved in distributing, selling, or attempting to crack any software, your existing licenses with us will be terminated immediately.
